“Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised. 31 Give her the reward she has earned, and let her works bring her praise at the city gate.” (Proverbs 31:30-31, NIV).
WOW! God has been teaching us about the wife of noble character. And what have we learned? Such a woman possesses high ideals or excellent moral character. She is dignified, gracious, fine, decent, righteous, good, splendid, polite, and self-sacrificing. Her life cares for the loved ones in her home and community. She blesses the lives of those who are presently suffering. She is skilled in commerce and in buying and selling land. She is respected by those great and small. She has freedom to exercise her gifts and talents and she makes excellent use of every opportunity. Her children, husband and even the community leaders rise up and praise her. Even God encourages us to take note of such a woman. How about you, are you a person of noble character?
