It is an old saying isn’t it? What goes around comes around. Another way of putting it, a person reaps what they sow. They get back what they put into it. That is true for most of us.
What have you put into the relationships in your life? Don’t allow those around you with poor upbringing to define the quality of your life. Don’t allow their bad manners to be your daily diet in living. You are worth something better; and for that matter, so are they. We all deserve to be graced with love.
But, it seems many have forgotten these old lessons, and our old world has increasingly become a much more difficult place to endure. How about trying something different today? How about doing what Jesus said in Matthew 5:44, “Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.”
And just maybe, over time, you will notice something beautiful taking place within your soul.
